Hi, I've downloaded PAO-970616 for 2.2.2-RELEASE, and have just installed it. Surelly a wonderful work. I'm trying now to configure a MegaHertz 33.6 Ethernet Modem card. The default configuration works nicely to detect the modem portion, but ethernet is more important for me right now. I tried to add a new config to /etc/pccard.conf like this: card "MEGAHERTZ" "CC/XJEM3336" config default "sn0" any insert echo Megahertz X-Jack Multifunction Card inserted insert /etc/pccard_ether $device remove echo Megahertz X-Jack Multifunction Card removed remove /etc/pccard_ether_remove $device but this did not work. When I insert the card I get some messages about "Code xxx not found", where xxx is 128,129 and 131, "matched MEGAHERTZ etc.", some stray irq 10, and then: "pccardd[37]: driver allocation failed for MEGAHERTZ (Device not configured)" Is there any workaround ? The FAQ says that multifunction cards are not yet supported, but I could not find any other reference about this. Is there a pre-release kit for it ? TIA, Jonny PS: notebooks are something completely new for me. This is my first one, a Toshiba Satellite Pro 430CDT. -- Joao Carlos Mendes Luis jonny@gta.ufrj.br +55 21 290-4698 jonny@coppe.ufrj.br Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro UFRJ/COPPE/CISI PGP fingerprint: 29 C0 50 B9 B6 3E 58 F2 83 5F E3 26 BF 0F EA 67
