Sigh. I'm fairly sure that I have seen the answer to this go by recently, but I can't find it searching the mailing list archives at www.freebsd.org. I just upgraded my laptop which used to run 2.2.2+PAO to 2.2.5-RELEASE. The upgrade went OK except for the PCCArds no longer work. I built a new kernel with the ep, crd, and pcic drivers and booted it.
