I'm getting a hang on a 2.2.2R system here. Every week when
/etc/weekly runs, it hangs. At first I thought it was due to vm space
being exhausted (it is a 486 with 8M of memory) when makedb ran, but
taking that out still causes the crash. Something else that causes a
crash is man vidcontrol. The crash is somewhat interesting, it is a
HARD HANG. You have to hit reset to get out of it. No interrupts
appear to be processed.

My question is, does this sound like an old bug that would be fixed by
going to 2.2.5-stable?

Warner
