   The return path is via the west coast NAPs, but recently I've seen a small
amount of packet loss to the east coast during peak daytime hours. CRL is
adding new backbone capacity so I suspect this to only be a temporary problem.
For us, the CRL backbone is only used to carry packet ACKs, so it isn't nearly
as big a problem for us as the west coast NAPs are (where nearly all of our
traffic is egressed).
