That will sup 2.2-STABLE. You then need to do a 'make world' to install the non-kernel components and a kernel build to install the kernel. It's not impossible that you might have some slight problems upgrading from 2.2.5 to a recent 2.2-STABLE. If you do, make sure you know what you're doing before proceeding (by sending a message to -questions, for example).
