The problem is that boot0 is attempting to make use of an "extended"
BIOS read function, if BIOS indicates that this is available.

On some machines, this extended function either doesn't work as
expected, or is unduly sensitive to the geometry BIOS is using for
the drive.

It would be trivial to fix boot0 to do only what booteasy does, but
that would really just avoid the issue.

If anyone who has been having problems would take five minutes to
run a small diagnostics program
