Hi, (sorry for my very bad english)

I just recevied my new DELL PowerEdge 6300/400

  Bi PII Xeon 400
  512 Mb
  PCI 32/64 Bits (No ISA/EISA/...)
  2 x AIC7890 (On Board Primary SCSI A & B)
  1 x AIC7860 (On Board Secondary SCSI)

  1) All controllers enables
I boot with a rescue Linux disk
  $> insmod aic7xxx
Result: The screen go blanck (no video signal)
          and the machine is freezed.

  2) All controllers enables
  I boot with a Linux kernel 2.2.1 SCSI-Driver 5.1.11
  (builded with make bzdisk)
  Result: Same as 1)

  3) Secondary controller disabled (7860)
  Result: Same as 1)

  3) All primary controllers disabled (7890)
Result: Things go well ! The driver detect
          the controller and discover the
cd-rom pluged on it. The system
          do not crash.

  I'm afraid !! What can I do ?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Stéphane.
