Hi, I want to install/play/compile the last version of the kernel. I want to download the 4.0 version (snapshot) but I don't find it. I don't want to use CVS, only to download the kernel packages, unpack them and putting them somewhere, then compile them. Can I use an arbitrary directory to compile the kernel?
