Your PPP username and password were in your isdntrace-log.... Problem: In your case, the remote access device did not like your login. So this was an authorization failure. Seemed to be a provider problem (broken radius, tacacs, or whatsoever). In my case, there is no password and no loginname, PPP is done based on screened CLID (and this is working, the log of the Ascend access devices shows clearly my machine stopping ipcp negotiation :( ).
