i have a 3com/megahertz 3ccm556 modem card i'm trying to get working under 2.2.8 + PAO. I've checked irqs and memory addreses and made sure they match. the modem works fine on the same laptop under win98. when i insert the card, i get the following: Card inserted, slot 1 Slot 1, unfielded interrupt (0) Return IRQ=7 the card is configured for irq 7 by pnp under win98. i rebuild the kernel so that com2 uses irq7. i don't see an entry in pccard.conf for this card, however, i'm not getting as far as getting an error about that. any help is appreciated.
