I just returned from LinuxExpo and this was discussed there.  It doesn't
appear the sources will be available soon.  Someone from SGI said at least a
few months: they need to cleanup any encumberances and figure out the
licensing.  Nevertheless, the linux community was excited about it, but
still going ahead with plans for ext3fs.
