Looks like print/jadetex's "make" didn't build jadetex.fmt.  Check the
print/jadetex/work/ directory.  If there's no jadetex.fmt file in there
then the build didn't work.

In theory, yep.  It needs testing with the FDP stuff before we replace
teTeX-beta however.
