DocBook can produce *roff format (to my knowledge), thus I think if we ever
went to DocBook it would be to have the manpages in DocBook under /usr/doc, but
to have them converted to *roff and installed in /usr/share that way.

At least, that is how I thought it would work.  Just like the Handbook and
(soon to be) FAQ are stored in /usr/doc in DocBook in source form, but are
installed in a processed form.
