fmt ${PKGMESSAGE}

is nicer, especially since a lot of the pkg/MESSAGE files leave a lot
to be desired in terms of formatting.

Of course, this requires a closer review since some pkg/MESSAGEs could
become distorted after being run through fmt.

[And no, Satoshi, causing bsd.port.mk to automagically make par(1) a
 dependency of every port that passes .if exists($PKGMESSAGE) is _not_
 an acceptable idea...  ;-]
