I wasn't too impressed with the latency though, but I think alot of that has to do with the silly way Ameritech installed the circuit. Since it's primary purpose is for backup, this isn't a major problem for us. I work for a different provider here in town, and they used Sprint, and had alot of problems with that line - though, this was about 3 years ago. I've heard alot of good things about Sprint myself, and they are definately a consideration for our next line. You cant rule out the fact that sprint most likely has much better peering arangements as well. Just my take on it, I would probably try to pitch them against each other, and get the best deal possible. :) __ _______ |__| __|.-----.----.--.--.-----. .--------------------------------. | |__ || -__| _| | | -__| | Robert Hough (rch@iserve.net) | |__|_______||_____|__| \___/|_____| | 317-802-3036 -/- 317-876-0846 | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-isp" in the body of the message
