There is a CAM amd driver, written by Tekram and cleaned up by Justin, in -current. It hasn't been merged into -stable yet. Hopefully Justin will merge it into -stable before 3.3 goes out the door. If you want to use it now, it shouldn't be too hard to use it in -stable.
