Looks like you have ident enabled in /etc/inetd.conf, but you have
something listening on that port already. Do you have another ident
server running? To find out, so something like:
ben@strontium:~/tmp$ sockstat | grep 113
root inetd 179 7 tcp *.113 *.*
You can see I only have inetd listening for ident, you may have
something else (it looks like you have).
