We have been modifying TCP code of FreeBSD 3.2R to support RFC2140.
The behaviour of our current implementation can be found at
  http://skywalker.aist-nara.ac.jp/tcp-ikoma/.
Our current code is running on this server.

Best Regards,
Noritoshi Demizu, NAIST

ps. apache running on skywalker also can speak T/TCP.
