Though Andrey has a point: how do you know which way round the name is? I think it should be evident that this bloke's name is Rudolf CEJKA, but what about the people who lived in my neighbourhood some years ago? Peter Philipp, Adolf Otto and another one whose name I've forgotten. On the whole, I think I retract my suggestion.
