Jordon, have you actually sought out professional legal advice on this course of action ? The reason I ask is there seems to be more than one way to interpret this new law, with some saying all you need to do is send them a pointer to ftp://ftp.freebsd.org and you've done your work, as opposed to identifying each package individually.
