I saw it somewhere, now i can't find it. I've seen suggestions of "man man" but if it has this information, I missed it. But if you do "man 1 intro" you'll get a description of what section 1 is all about, and you can do this for each section you're interested in. Here's my quick summary; I can type it faster than I can find it anywhere...
