I assume that you're using FreeBSD, since you don't say otherwise.

Channel bonding works with /usr/sbin/ppp, at least under -current. It
might also work with -stable, but I don't use that and can't say for
sure.

There are examples of how to set it up under /usr/share/examples/ppp.
