Subject:   how to make world under 4.0 stable

The instructions for upgrading to 4.0-R were more complex than the
usual makeworld.  When i cvsupp from now on under 4.0, do i need to
repeat all those steps, or just make buildworld and make install world
and compile kernel like i usually do?
