	I am reinstalling 4.0 STABLE as part of a rebuild of a machine that has
	run 3.4 STABLE for 18 months. I use say to anounce system a/arms/evnts.

	If i am not mistaken this is from the rsynth packagse. So I went to
	build this port, to find it marked as BROKEN

	2 questions:

	1. Is this the port taht say come from?

	2. Why is it marked as BROKEN?
