Hello, I'm trying to setup PPP over ISDN. So far I've tried userland PPP. I think ppp and isdnd should work together if ppp.conf has `set device /dev/i4brbch0 /dev/i4brbch1' and isdnd.rc has `usrdevicename = rbch' and `usrdeviceunit = 0'. But I ppp won't dial because he gets no carrier. (Isdnd reports incoming calls that are destined for the Cisco which is on the same S-bus.) Do I have to decide which PPP (synchronous or userland) I use already before building the kernel? If I enable both pseudo-device sppp and pseudo-device ppp will there be a runtime conflict? Is synchronous or userland PPP just a matter of implementation or is it also reflected to the remote ISDN device? -Hanspeter To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-isdn" in the body of the message
