If this is the same one I bought then it's an Initio INI-9100UW
clone; It has the INI-950P chip. There are drivers from Initio's
website: http://www.initio.com/d_9100uw.htm

I have never been able to get it to work with FreeBSD but it will
work with Linux. HTH
