I believe you are looking for ServerAlias. For example:
<VirtualHost www.unixfreak.org>
ServerName www.unixfreak.org
ServerAlias unixfreak.org
ServerAdmin dima@unixfreak.org
[...]
</VirtualHost>
ServerAlias can also take multiple arguments, as in: "ServerAlias
www.something.com www.something-else.com".
