Two minor requests for enhancements to the ports makefiles..
1. Allow "make uninstall" to be a synonym for "make deinstall".
2. Allow "make package" to work even if there is no work/ subdirectory,
but the port has already been built and installed, i.e.:
$ make all install
$ make clean
$ make package <-- this will currently not work
Thoughts?
