Purpose: to work with a GMT clock (internal or with other computers)
and local time (for user interface),
	Who create it: zic(8)
Files: /etc/localtime is a copy of one of the file in
						/usr/share/zoneinfo
Manipulated: by hand or by sysinstall (configure/zoneinfo).
Other related file: /etc/wall_cmos_clock - if the file is present,
the CMOS clock is considered to be "local" (it is only
		usefull for PC with a multi-boot Windows/FreeBSD).
	Environment: TZ (see date(1)).
