To those who helped me with my question regarding mutt..thanks! My problem was that whenever I would save an email message, it would save the files in my ~ directory. I had the correct parameter set in my .muttrc set folder="~/Mail" However it would still dump all saved messages to my ~ directory instead of ~/Mail. I have found a work-around which is to cd to my ~/Mail directory first, then start mutt. Hope this helps someone in the future!
