add getprogname() and setprogname(). These allow uses of __progname to
be wrapped in some sane fashion, for portability.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -r0 -r1.1 basesrc/lib/libc/gen/getprogname.3 \
basesrc/lib/libc/gen/getprogname.c basesrc/lib/libc/gen/setprogname.c
Please note that diffs are not public domain; they are subject to the
