Hello,

some of my friends have started translating the handbook into Serbian
language. One of the obstacles they came up against when trying to
typeset the translation using SGML, is that by default ISO-8859-1
encoding is used, whilst Serbian language requires ISO-8859-2 encoding
when using latin alphabet, or ISO-8859-5 when using cyrillic.

What I would like to ask you is if you could show me the tag required
in order to typeset the documentation using ISO-8859-2 fonts. If you
could demonstrate it using this as an example:
http://www.freebsd.org/docs/en/books/fdp-primer/x3125.html

I am also curious to know if ISO-8859-5 encoding is supported "out of
the box" ? Will there be any extra steps involved in order to get SGML
to work with it ?

Thank you for your time,

--Alex
