Which of this two flags is "the official" one? AFAIK, the NO_X was
recently added. Shouldn't there be a place somewhere with something like

	.ifndef NO_X
	WITH_X11=	YES
	.endif

or the other way around?

The ports that use the WITH_X11 flag are: graphics/aalib, graphics/gd,
graphics/ruby-gd, mail/fetchmail, security/ssh.

Thoughts?
