There is a fix for this problem available at 

	http://www.freebsd-support.de/i4b/tmp/iwic-160101.tar.gz

It replaces the files in the iwic driver subdirectory.

This has been fixed in -current and the -current i4b is also available
for 4.x by using the scripts and files found in 

	http://www.freebsd-support.de/i4b/addons/i4b-co2stable-kit.tar.gz
