FYI, The 2nd release candidate for the 1.4 release of FreeBSD/GNOME is now available for public download at: http://www.lovett.com/~ade/gnome/ Both binary packages (for 4.3-RC) and the complete, honking, stupidly large patchsets are available - due a few "over-enthusiastic" cablemodem monkeys, you'll have to get the distfiles (all 100+MB of them) from the source locations. All known issues with RC1 have been fixed, and a few other things have been upgraded (bonobo, xalf, xscreensaver). Please let me know of any problems, especially with nautilus, since I'm going to have to make a decision real soon on whether to go with that, or flip back to gnomemc, at least for now. Final commit date is still 4/30/2001, so it's not too far away now. -aDe -- Ade Lovett, Austin, TX. ade@FreeBSD.org FreeBSD: The Power to Serve http://www.FreeBSD.org/ To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
