How is possible to obtain informations about the current status of
development in an easy way?

Before the introduction of DOCSng (if I remember the name correctly),
it took me 1 minute to see the difference between the release and the
stable branch: I had only to see the RELNOTES.TXT file and all was clear.

But now?

How can I rebuild the documentation after every 'make update', or
is it possibile to generate automatically a file like
the old RELNOTEX after every update (using the new docs skeleton)?

I hope that you understand me =P
