I have also a laptop using O2micro chip and i have problems with it
since 2001.07.10

Could you try to cvsup src tree from 2001.07.08.23.59.59 (add
date=2001.07.08.23.59.59 in your cvsup config file), make and install
a kernel and /usr/src/usr.sbin/pccard and see if it's runnning?

Then cvsup src tree from 2001.07.10.23.59.59 and do the same, and give
us the results of these tests.

I think some code changes occured between these both dates broke
something with O2micro.
