I have recently set up a RAID system built around a 4.3 release box
and a Mylex AcceleRAID 170 Raid controller. I am using the latest driver from:
http://people.freebsd.org/~msmith/RAID/mylex/mly-20010618.tar.gz

I am seeing the following messages from the RAID subsystem. Hopefully
somebody can help me understand what these messages are trying to tell
me. I searched the archives without any luck. If these messages have
already been discussed, please let me know and I will do some more
digging. (-;

Initially the RAID seemed to be performing fine except for the above
messages. I just managed to hang any process that attempts to acess
the RAID. The process table shows the following for the hung processes:
    0   367   303   0  -6  0   412  276 biord  D+    p0    0:00.10 rm -rf bf do
    0   363   322   0  -6  0   952  596 biord  D+    p1    0:00.37 find /usr2

I am not currently at the RAID location so I can't check to see if anything
physically (heat, etc) is going on until I get to the office in the morning.
My first thought is SCSI cabling and or termination problems. Anybody have
any other ideas? I have attached the dmesg output.

Thanks in advance,
Larry
