I also couldn't reproduce the problem, although there were some stack traces from caught exceptions and so forth (the JVM didn't crash though). Maxim, can you also say if you are using XFree86 3.3.6 or 4? I don't have the same symbol font messages when I try out robocode. Also, were you connected to the 'net at the time? I'm also starting to wonder if the patchset is applying correctly :(. I know its not for some of the files involved in the plugin build, but now I'm starting to wonder about other new files.
