It'll sound silly, but they're not mentioned because I didn't want to make it seem like *that* big of a deal... :-) I personally like the PDF versions, which, for a variety of reasons, didn't make it to the "FreeBSD Project-produced" ISO images. (Some of the CDROM/DVD vendors might put them on though.)
