Subject:   Tracking outgoing traffic

Two of my machines, according to MRTG, have big, steady jumps in outgoing
network traffic from around 1:30am until 6am.  I'm not aware of what could
be causing this.  Does anyone have a recommended way I could get an idea
as to wwhere this traffic was going?
