So just to help me understand: When do you use mkisofs then?
Is that for directories of data files? To preserve the directory
structure?

If I had a directory of, say, mp3 files, and I said

	burncd -f /dev/cdrom -s 8 data *.mp3 fixate

would that work? Or do I have to make an .iso from the mp3's?

The reason I ask is I once tried to write a data file in burncd without
using mkisofs and it didn't work out too well...
