Hello, I have just recently preformed an upgrade from FreeBSD 4.3RC to 4.4-Stable. I ran a make buildworld, make buildkernel, make installkernel, and make install world. All were successfull. I rebooted and the system came up fine. However, now my ipf does not start. It outputs the following error when invoked: 10:ioctl(add/insert rule): No such process 11:ioctl(add/insert rule): No such process 15:ioctl(add/insert rule): No such process .. .. 191:ioctl(add/insert rule): No such process in dmesg.today I have one weird entry (the IP is changed): /kernel: arp: 204.22.86.98 is on fxp1 but got reply from 00:d0:b7:c9:f8:70 on fxp0 This IP does not exsit on or as an alias on any of my cards. Also uname -a still outputs FreeBSD 4.3RC. Did I overlook a command?? Thanks -Chris __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
