I was going to suggest that, but you beat me to it.

Although I haven't looked through the FAQ/Handbook to see how many 
places these entities would get used (and thus how much we win), I 
can't see any *harm* in doing this, and it seems like a pretty good 
idea to me.

PS.  I don't know how often we need to refer to the errata file, but
