Installation of GNOME is just hanging on sysinstall. I'm trying to install via ftp method. KDE as well as many other packages went just fine. The first time I did it, I got a message about py package is needed as a dependency, but it doesn't exist, and so GNOME failed to install. Every time I try it from then on, it just shows cursor in lower right screen, and never seems to exit? Is there any way to figure out what is happening here?
