uhm, looks like this practise is somehow uncommon...

$ locate pkg-plist | xargs grep -l '^@.*rm.*LC_MESSAGES$' | wc -l
      36
$ locate pkg-plist | xargs grep -l '^[^@].*LC_MESSAGES.\+$' | wc -l
     349
