Could you try downloading the fvwm_icons.tgz file again?  I just fetched
it from http://www.fvwm.org/generated/icon_download/, as pointed out by
the fvwm2 port's Makefile, and its checksum matches the one recorded
in the port's distinfo file:
MD5 (fvwm_icons.tgz) =3D de6c2822f1f6d43a0e1daddd0c7a8665
