Under 4.6-PRE #8 I had to manually "chmod 755 /usr/ports/lang/cli/work/sscli/portconfigure" (it was chmod 644), and the code to test for reading the license
didn't seem to have any effect.  Compilation went normally to the end, as
far as I can tell.

I cvsup ports; the latest file I could find was dated 4/17/02 and the
Makefile was dated 4/16/02.

I was asked to test for compilation by a non-BSD user and haven't tried
installing or running anything (yet).
