If you just want two PCI cards in a 1U case, the iXsystems 1390 has one
normal and one low-profile PCI slot.  Since most gigabit ethernet cards
are low-profile except for the standard bracket, that might work.

I think Broadcom makes the chips, but I don't know of any cards.
