I don't know for sure, but I don't think either of those machines are 
architectures currently supported by FreeBSD; right now your best bet is a 
x86 or Alpha-processor based machine.  (This mailing list is for discussion 
of a port to PowerPC processors, which is not yet usable.)

If you need a BSD-style Unix for those computers immediately, I'd suggest 
looking at http://www.netbsd.org/ .
